Targeting, other peoples creatures

Hello again. I would like to suggest this feature in to the game. Simply, a feature that does not target creatures attacking other people. Attacking the other persons creature may anger the other person, which can result in a PK. I want this feature to be simply, something like this, enabled / disabled.
