non vorrei fare il "rompino" come dici tu, ma non scordiamoci mai il rateo maturato.
Altra cosa, se ci liquideranno la somma a inizio 2014, dal 1-02-2013 al giorno della liquidazione ritengo che ci dovrà essere un'ulteriore compensazione.

The experts shall go out of
- The expected future prospects of SNS REAAL or SNS Bank on February 1, 2013 (the level time), immediately before the expropriation, in the situation that no expropriation had taken place.
- The price the highest bidder, given that perspective, would pay at a supposed free sale of the respective securities assets respectively in the course of trade between reasonable negotiating parties on the most appropriate way and after the best preparation at the time of expropriation . In that perspective, discounted the severity of the problems which SNS REAAL and SNS Bank at that level timing wrong and also all other facts and circumstances at that time occurred and who were the supposed sale of interest or could be. These could include the value of assets and liabilities at that time and the occurrence of De Nederlandsche Bank as part of its supervisory role to the level of time.

un ministro olandese, presidente europeo, nazionalizza una banca sistemica con esproprio ... OMETTENDO E CANCELLANDO dati sensibili ed essenziali per valutare la banca stessa.. e sulla base di un documento INCOMPLETO E TENDENZIOSO
e quel documento deve essere talmente importante da consegnarlo incompleto pure alla chambre
ragazzi... qua si va nel penale.. è anche abuso di potere
io farei causa al maiale orange per omissione di informazioni e abuso di potere

Il punto fondamentale è uno solo secondo me
L'espropiazione nasce dalla perizia di Cushman and Wakefield dove nasce il buco che poi porta a quello che sappiamo.
La Chamber ha disconosciuto quella Perizia,anche perchè era evidente il dolo(visto che i dati essenziali e fondamentali non erano visibili),quindi richiede dei periti che valutino di nuovo tutta la banca
Cè già la perizia di Erst e Young,oltre alla valutazione di Cvc,secondo me con quei dati Le cose sarebbero ben diverse
