Se vuoi perder tutto non aderisci,se vuoi recuperar 40%aderisci,non ci son altre vie

Io ho chiamato stamattina in banca e mi hanno detto che hanno ricevuto una comunicazione "informale" sulla ristrutturazione (mah!). Mi faranno firmare la documentazione la prossima settimana

necessario aderire entro il 25/10 altrimenti, raggiunto il 75% dei creditori, si procede con ristrutturazione ma a chi non ha aderito vengono applicate "the standard terms" cioè si becca solo il 3% e per giunta a rate
