Non facciamo confusione: questa lettera parla della Tranche 2 in forma di titolo negoziabile, che rientra anch'essa nell'opzione 3 della proposta di ristrutturazione. L'opzione 2 non c'entra.
Quando abbiamo aderito all'opzione 3 come new money providers, sulla acceptance letter era richiesto come volevamo dividere il nostro new money tra le diverse tranches e sottotranches. Io ho optato per la tranche 1A(b).
Non ho ricevuto la mail qui sopra, che mi pare si riferisca alla tranche 2(b). Sostanzialmente l'intera tranche 2 sarà emessa sotto forma di 2(a) eliminando la 2(b).
