Il 12.5 di recovery è frutto di un auspicio, non del tutto infondato.
La Maritime è stata liquidata con tale recovery

Tecnicamente la Holding era messa meglio, diciamo meno peggio.
In questo momento il mercato dice che si recupera 2.
Non so il tuo pmc, certo è che comprare a sti prezzi so davvero due soldi, perso per perso...

Se la tua banca lo ha messo in blacklist non hai chances

azz due su due in blacklist, "converrebbe" aprire un nuovo rapporto dove ancora non lo è e trasferire il tit., ma mi pare una soluzione estrema per non citare poi il tempo tecnico, questa purtroppo è l'unica via

Sandrino ultima info, ma cosa potrebbe cambiare in positivo per noi obbligazionisti con l'inserimento zeaborn-rickmers?
Io credo che se la società non verrà liquidata, qualcuno dovrà fare un offerta o di scambio con nuovi titoli o cash......
Anche perché se le contrattazioni continuano significa che Rickmers Holding ancora esiste, pertanto è lo dico solo per ridere se arriviamo a giugno del prossimo anno qualcuno le dovrebbe rimborsare?
Io ho partecipato ultimamente alla ristrutturazione di Abengoa e alla fine hanno allungato il brodo con nuove obbligazioni con un valore del 30% del nominale e azioni.

In the insolvency proceedings over the assets of Rickmers Holding AG, the local court of Hamburg has convened a creditors’ meeting on October 10, 2017 – 09:30 CET (Local Court of Hamburg, Sievekingplatz 1, 20355 Hamburg, I. Etage, Sitzungssaal Plenarsaal A 156). One Square Advisory Services GmbH, being the joint representative, will exercise the bondholders‘ rights in this creditors‘ meeting, especially their voting right. Despite intense efforts, the local court of Hamburg will not allow bondholders to personally attend and therefore will deny bondholders access to the meeting. The joint representative will report to the bondholders subsequent to the meeting.

Additionally, all creditors of Rickmers Holding AG are requested to file their claims with the administrator. However, in accordance with Sec. 19 para. 3 German Bond Act (Schuldverschreibungsgesetz), only the joint representative is entitled to file the claims arising from the bond with the administrator. One Square Advisory Services GmbH will register the claims of all bondholders for repayment of capital and interest in the insolvency table. In case individual bondholders also file such claims with the administrator, the administrator will reject the bondholders filing due to double filing.
