FRANKFURT (Reuters) - Utility RWE said on Sunday it had agreed to sell its 76.8 percent stake in Innogy to rival E.ON, as part of a complex deal that would position RWE as a clean energy champion.
The multi-stage deal to sell Innogy, a network, renewable and retail energy utility with a market value of 19 billion euros (£16.8 billion), would also result in RWE - Germany's biggest electricity producer - owning a minority stake in E.ON.

Ok... nel mio piccolo vi segnalerò qualche ISIN bloccato con Fineco e con Binck (anche se con loro il problema più "frustrante" è l'inefficienza nel censimento)...

L'importante sarebbe che tutte le nuove emissioni avessero il kid. Se così non è non arriveremo mai a regime !

Quindi cosa ci si aspetta a breve sui titoli coinvolti? RWE in ascesa per la vendita e E.ON in calo per l'esborso consistente?

Così potrebbe essere, ma bisognerebbe approfondire e poi i mercati potrebbero anche fare il contrario.
E' una questione di interpretazioni.

ABU DHABI/MILAN (Reuters) - Italian energy company Eni and state oil giant Abu Dhabi National Oil Co (ADNOC) are expected to sign a deal on Sunday, the Italian government and a source said.
A statement from the Italian prime minister's office said a signing ceremony was scheduled to take place after premier Paolo Gentiloni meets Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al-Nahyan at the Emirates Palace on Sunday afternoon.
It gave no details of the agreement between Eni and ADNOC.
Eni will sign an offshore concession agreement with ADNOC, a source familiar with the matter told Reuters, declining to be identified as the deal was not yet public.
Eni and ADNOC declined to comment.
