Casino Group has completed the sale of 3 hypermarkets, 11 Casino supermarkets and 16 Leader Price stores and received €58 million
Paris, 27 June 2019,
Following the signature at the beginning of the year of purchase agreements with Leclerc members, Groupement des Mousquetaires and Lidl, Casino Group announces that it has completed the sale transactions relating to:
- the hypermarket of Dole (39) to Leclerc
- the hypermarkets of Nevers (58) and Montauban (82) to Groupement des Mousquetaires
- 11 Casino supermarkets (including 6 franchises) and 16 Leader Price stores (including 7 franchises) to Lidl.
On this occasion, Casino received 58 million euros.
The other disposals are continuing according to plan, with Casino Group reminding that these hypermarket disposals are separate from the plan to sell non-strategic assets announced on 11 June 2019 and extended to €2.5 billion on 24 March 2019.
In parallel with these reductions in sources of losses, the Géant banner is continuing its transformation, in line with its strategic priorities, by focusing its development on digital synergies (deployment of the Casino Max application and Cdiscount corners) and by expanding its organic offer.

In chiusura strano movimento dei prezzi di molti (almeno una ventina) certificati Leonteq con sottostante titoli del MIB. Li hanno ribassati di un punto pieno a fronte di movimenti nulli o lievi del loro valori di borsa. Che si siano accorti di averli alzati troppo? Sono abbastanza certo che domani mattina li alzeranno di nuovo 
Aggiungo anche una tosata più decisa a due Exane (FREXA0013377 e FREXA0013385) qui quasi 2 punti sempre con movimenti lievissimi dei sottostanti.
