Luxembourg’s Jean-Claude Juncker, who leads the group of euro-area finance ministers, said the International Monetary Fund may not release its portion of aid to Greece next month.
“There are specific IMF rules and one of those rules says that IMF can only take action when the refinancing guarantee is given over 12 months,” Juncker said today at a conference in Luxembroug. “I don’t think that the troika will come to the conclusion that this is given,” he said.

May 26 (Reuters) - Bund futures and UK Gilts rose on Thursday, while European stocks extended losses, with traders citing comments by Eurogoup chairman Jean Claude Juncker which cast doubts the IMF will release the next aid tranche for Greece.
"That's massively negative for Greece," one trader said. "It takes (the crisis) to a new level."
Bloomberg reported Juncker saying the International Monetary Fund may not release its next tranche to Greece next month.
He later told Reuters that if payment of the IMF tranche in June was not operationally possible, Europeans were expected to step in. [ID:nBRLQGE7EI]

Tommy, che ci sia stato un miglioramento lo dicono le cifre (circa 1,7 miliardi di minor deficit nel primo trimestre), ma queste dicono anche che e' insufficiente. Il deficit delle partite correnti (che e' quello che ci interessa essendo la somma del deficit commerciale, del surplus dei servizi e dell'onere per interessi verso i creditori esteri)si e' ridotto di 2,4 miliardi , ma ben 2 di questi sono dovuti ad un anticipo dei trasferimenti dei contributi comunitari:

Anche prendendo per buono quel miglioramento di 1,7 miliardi della sola bilancia commerciale e moltiplicandolo per 4 arriviamo ad un miglioramento di 7 miliardi , ben lontani dall'annullare il deficit delle partite correnti complessivo che nel 2010 e' stato di 24 miliardi

Appunto, non è una cosa di niente.
Comunque vediamo più avanti, se non è il solito teatrino combattuto sui media.
