perfetto lunedì sono dei vostri. Intendo entrare con 20k di nominale.

Notavo che i prezz sono leggermentein discesa...Forse vale la pena aspettare n poco? Ovviamente (se tutto va bene) l'entrata speculativa viene rimborsata a 100 tra 7mesi.

QUalcuno ha notizie sulla seonda tranches di aiuti che dovrebbero coprire le scadenze fino al 2013? E' stata approvata giusto? Per quanto mi riguarda lo swap non mi preoccupa, visto il casno che sta succedendo in italia non credo (A meno di disfare la zona euro) vogliano mettere in D la grecia con ristrutturazione forzata per ora, il rischio è dal 2013 in poi quando entrerà in funzione il nuovo strumento distabilità (che mi fa paura e non poco...) quandi eviterei subordinate bancarie (specie di banche PIIGS) e TDS PIGS oltre il 2013 per ora(poi si vedrà ilda farsi). Far fallire ora la grecia sarebbe un disatro a mio modo di vedere. Do il 2012 rimborato al 100% con il 95% d probabilità . In caso di rstrutturazione forzata prevedo un taglio del 50%sul nominale (a questi prezzi perdo un 27 cent) + riscadenziamento. diciamo un recvery del 30% dovrebbe esserci.

Bon...domenica ragioneo se accettare la scommess...

Formalmente sarà messo tutto sul tavolo, per le firme, a settembre.
La copertura sarà sino a fine 2014.
Tieni però presente il discorso tranche/avanzamento del programma ...

Scusate ma il buyback è sempre qualcosa di volontario, giusto? Se voglio vendere, vendo, altrimenti tengo. Se i prezzi dovessero impennarsi credo che si sarebbe raggiunto l'obiettivo primario e cioè la fiducia dei mercati, sbaglio?

Sul sito della PDMA c'è questa notizia del 27-07-2011 che mi pare sia passata inosservata.

The Ministry of Finance of the Hellenic Republic announced today the appointment of BNP-Paribas, Deutsche Bank and HSBC as joint dealer-managers for the implementation of the Private Sector Involvement (voluntary bond exchange, committed financing facility and debt buyback program) whose terms were agreed and communicated in the last European Summit.
The Ministry of Finance also announced the appointment of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP as international legal adviser, and Lazard Frères as financial adviser, to the Hellenic Republic in connection with this transaction.

Euro Area Beyond Repair If Greece Exits, Schaeuble Tells FAZ

German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble said the European monetary union would suffer an “irreparable loss of faith” if Greece or another member were to quit the single-currency zone, according to Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung.
“I don’t want to imagine what would be if markets would realize that they are able to push individual countries out of the euro zone,” the newspaper quoted Schaeuble as saying in an interview published today.
