Ragazzi, su, siamo seri almeno ora.. se avete letto questo cos'altro c'è da continuare a fantasticare? L'affare diventa allettante proprio perché si prende quanto c'è di buono, scremando debiti e parti di business non interessanti.

Efforts to reach an out of court settlement for the restructuring of ALPINE Group have, contrary to expectations, and despite significant support by financing partners and intensive efforts by the shareholder, not been successful and thus been terminated. The management of ALPINE Bau GmbH is preparing to file for reorganisation proceedings without self management (”Sanierungsverfahren ohne Eigenverwaltung”) and will shortly apply for the opening of such proceedings. Due to these developments, insolvency proceedings of ALPINE Holding GmbH are imminent.
In the course of these proceedings a concept has been developed by experienced subject-matter-experts to save parts of the ALPINE Group and related employees as well as subcontractors (ndr, a gravare, tra gli altri, sui non menzionati bondholders, evidentemente). This concept shall be assessed and implemented in the next weeks by the competent administrators.

Gentile Signor xxxx, Da verifiche effettuate il pagamento della cedola per il titolo XS0222158767 e previsto per il 21/06/2013.
Si confermano dunque i 5 giorni di ritardo. Non capisco come mai la banca di semprefranco abbia già proceduto al pagamento
Si spiega col fatto che alcune banche accreditano indipendentemente dal fatto che la provvista sia stata effettivamente disposta da chi deve pagare, salvo poi stornare gli importi. Non si tratta di errori, ma di automatismi.

[FCC.MC] VIENNA, June 20 (Reuters) - The German unit of FCC's
<FCC.MC> Alpine Bau has filed for insolvency, following a
similar move by its Austrian parent construction company on
Wednesday.
Alpine Bau Deutschland has operations in the Netherlands,
Poland, Russia and the United Arab Emirates as well as Germany,
and employs 1,500 people. It had sales of around 600 million
euros ($804 million) in 2012.
"We have a clear goal of cleaning up Alpine. The insolvency
proceedings... are an appropriate way to create the necessary
basis for a future of the company," Alpine Bau Deutschland Chief
Executive Frank Jainz said in a statement late on Wednesday.
The company said it was looking for a new investor.
