Neuss, January 27, 2016: Creditreform Rating has adapted the issue rating of the unsecured bearer bonds of Enterprise Holdings Limited with WKN: A1G9AQ / ISIN: DE000A1G9AQ4 to BBB. The reason for the adjustment has been the presentation of the consolidated financial statements 31/03/2015 with a negative cash flow from GPB 18.5 million. The financial key figures of the liquidity generating units have deteriorated below the target level of recent years. The persistently high reserves limit the continued growth in the insurance business and therefore the return cash flows in the issuer. To what extent the companies which have for the first time been included in the consolidated financial statement in 2015/2016 can compensate for this remains to be seen. In addition, compliance with the rules for Solvency II regarding the insurance company which is situated in the group remains to be seen. Our rating takes into account the expectation of a substantial improvement in the earning situation of Enterprise Holdings Limited.
