Superior Industries International 6% 15/06/2025 EUR
The 100,000 euros denominated bond of Superior Industries International, one of the largest manufacturers of aluminum wheels for passenger cars and light trucks in North America, has lost more than 6% since its issue last June , to display at an indicative rate of 93%.
Given a coupon of 6%, the annual yield of the security rated B- by Standard & Poor's in the speculative category is 7.2% until maturity of 15/06/2025. Note that the issuer reserves the right to repay the loan in advance, in accordance with the terms and conditions defined in the bond form.
The fall in bond prices can also be explained by the Group's quarterly earnings, which were down by $ 20.1 million to $ 20.1 million from $ 29.5 million a year earlier. The quarter also ended with a net loss of $ 7.52 million, while the second quarter of 2016 posted a net profit of $ 13.17 million. At the same time, the group revised downwards its forecasts for its net sales for the year.

Perché la 21 verrà convertita in azioni

non sono sicuro che questo sia il motivo, ma la 19 ha un tasso del 11.rotti ed è emessa da Norske industries, suppongo la casa madre, la 21 è emessa da Norske Holding ed è un PIK anche se parziale. (avevo fatto qualche ricerca tempo fa e vado a memoria )

No, la 21 non è un Pik, la prima exchange offre si è chiusa senza esito e prevedeva la conversione in azioni e la cedola è in grace period
