sta precipitando.che si fa ?con 5k le tengo ma vorrei capire.l'unica cosa che noto è che ha cominciato a scendere da quando se ne è andato il cfo,con annuncio il 1 giugno
Luxembourg/ Zwanenburg, The Netherlands – Mr. Gerhard Henschel, Chief Financial Officer of 3W Power SA (the “Company”), and the Company have agreed by mutual consent to terminate Mr. Henschel's employment. This decision will allow Mr. Henschel to pursue other business and personal interests. His employment will end on 15 June 2012. Mr. Henschel will continue to support the Company in the short term through a consulting arrangement he has entered intowith the Company. He will also step down from his position as member of the Board of Directors of the Company.
Mr. Jeffrey Casper, Executive Vice President, will be appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with immediate effect.

Sembra a posto, l'unico sospetto e' dato dall'incremento dell'indebitamento nel biennio controbilanciato da un incremento di rimanenze e "asset biologici". Se queste fossero fasulle...
