si intendono due cose:
1) erano sicuri di non avere quorum alla prima votazione per complicazioni burocratiche etc.
2) sono certi che alla seconda convocazione più semplice proceduralmente e con quorum ridotto al 25% il rollover passerà.
Il business sembra sano , la sola magagna che non è poco resta il cambio rublo/euro quando si sistemerà?

Walldorf, February 19, 2016 - The management of Ekosem-Agrar GmbH, the German holding company of the aligned on milk production in Russia group of companies Ekoniva, announced that in the polls without a meeting of the creditors of Ekosem agricultural bond 2012/2017 (ISIN: DE000A1MLSJ1 ) and the Ekosem agricultural bond 2012/2018 (ISIN: DE000A1R0RZ5) pursuant expected both less than 50 percent of the outstanding bonds voted §18 SchVG. This was no quorum for this vote.
The votes of the creditors of both bonds were held until February 19, 2016 (8:00) from February 16, 2016 (00:00). The vote for ESA bond 2012/2017 participated Bondholders bonds amounting to (rounded) 20 percent of the outstanding bonds with a total nominal value of EUR 50,000,000.00 represented. Support for the main agenda item 1 (rollover of bonds) was in this case more than 90 percent. The vote of the ESA bond 2012/2018 participated Bondholders bonds amounting to (rounded) 17 percent of the outstanding bonds with a total nominal value of EUR 78,000,000.00 represented. Here, the approval rate was on agenda item 1 at about 95 percent.
Due to the insufficient coordination participation a second creditors' vote will each convene, which will take place as a physical meeting for the purpose of a new resolution. Here is a reduced quorum of 25% of the outstanding bond volume for Beschlussfähgkeit is required. The meeting of creditors of the ESA bond 2012/2017 will take place on 16 March 2016, the meeting of creditors of the ESA bond 2012/2018 on March 17, 2016 respectively in Wiesloch (b. Walldorf). The invitations to the two meetings are expected to be published on 22 February 2016 the Federal Gazette.

This is reflected in the high rates that voted in the first voting for the renewal of the bonds. That the quorum has not been reached by 50 percent as in almost all known cases on the market, is in our view particularly to the complex voting procedure, as well as information barriers to foreign investors. In the now imminent second creditors' meetings, the procedure is simplified. Here there is also the possibility to be represented by an agent on site.
