Manfred Ries becomes the new CEO of the A.T.U Auto- Teile-Unger Group
The Supervisory Board of the A.T.U Auto-Teile-Unger Group has appointed Manfred Ries (aged 47) as CEO of the A.T.U Auto- Teile-Unger Group as of 1 July 2011. Mr Ries joined the company in 2002 and has been Managing Director of the Human Resources department since 2004. He took the helm at A.T.U on a temporary basis for several months in 2007 and 2008. Mr Ries succeeds Dr. Michael Kern, who will continue to support the company in an advisory capacity. Christian Schmitz (aged 30) has been newly appointed to the management team of the A.T.U Group, and will be responsible for the areas of Category Management and Marketing. Christian Sailer (aged 39) remains Managing Director of Finance and Controlling.
Siamo in attesa dei conti semestrali (11 agosto) per vedere cosa sta succedendo. I conti dovrebbero essere buoni, migliori del primo trimestre 2011 per quanto concerne l'ebitda. Però aspettiamo. Indubbiamente sul titolo sta influendo negativamente il rialzo dei tassi d'interesse e il generale storno del comparto obbligazionario.
