Grazie Nik! Il crollo dei sub l'avevo notato fin da subito ma vedendo che il senior tutto sommato teneva rispetto al mio pmc non ho approfondito.
Strano a questo punto veder ancora il bond a ridosso degli 80. Si preannuncia una ristrutturazione soft almeno sul senior?

ATU bondholders waive EUR 25m missed
coupon payment
Story: In excess of 80% of ATU bondholders waived a
EUR 25m missed coupon payment due on 2
December, according to two buysiders. The grace
period for the payment due on the German auto
repair chain’s EUR 450m senior secured bond
ended yesterday.
“As part of the financial restructuring of ATU, the
main creditors, representing about 80% of the
notes, have agreed on an interest forbearance
according to which they consent to not getting
paid the coupon on 2 December. This leads to a
further strengthening of the company’s liquidity
position, thereby, creating significant additional
financial headroom to finalize the restructuring
successfully within the next weeks. This waiver is
in line with the terms and conditions of the
senior bond,” a company spokesperson said.
US fund Centerbridge owns over 55% of the
senior secured bonds directly, and holds over
75% together with Goldman Sachs. The fund and
the bank have signed a preliminary agreement
with ATU and its sponsor KKR to equitise at least
two-thirds of their holdings, leaving EUR 100m-
150m of senior debt in place.
Under the plan the group’s EUR 150m junior
bonds would be completely wiped out, while a
EUR 25m interim senior secured bridge financing
provided by Centerbridge and its EUR 45m RCF
would be repaid by a new three-digit million
equity injection. KKR would relinquish control of
ATU in return for a mix of cash and equity.
The company recently hired Lazard to initiate an
M&A process to look for an alternative
arrangement to the bondholder-led workout plan.
The M&A process will be expedited in order to be
consistent with the existing restructuring
timetable. Offers were invited by 22 November,
as reported.

Ragazzi, chiedo venia..non riesco a trovare il thread appropriato...

la mia questione è: ho chiesto aiwbank cosa fare per trasferire dei titoli su un dossier diversamente intestato. Nel caso dovesse rispondermi picche, qualcuno da qualche parte cito' una legge per cui sono obbligati a farmi trasferire le obbligazioni...
mi sapete indicare dove lo avro' letto??

lo avrai letto su qualche thread quà o Fol, non ricordo in quale si è parlato diffusamente di trasferimenti tra dossier diversamente intestati.
Non dovrebbero fare problemi in quanto non ci sono leggi che lo impediscano, si tratta solo di un diverso trattamento ai fini fiscali in quanto il trasferimento a dossier diversamente intestati equivale a una vendita mentre se sono intestati identici si trasferisce col medesimo valore di carico.
