Notice to the Market São Paulo, June 23, 2014 - GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA: GOLL4 and NYSE: GOL), (S&P: B, Fitch: B-, Moody's: B3), the largest low-cost and low-fare airline in Latin America, hereby informs to its shareholders and to the public that Air France - KLM S.A. ("Air France KLM"), through one of its affiliates, invested on June 20, 2014, R$ 116.4 million in the Company, to subscribe and pay for 4,246,620 preferred shares of the Company in the context of the capital increase approved by the Board of Directors Meeting of May 28, 2014, and informed in the Notice to the Shareholders of May 29, 2014.
In addition to that, Air France KLM contributed the amount of US$ 33 million to VRG Linhas Aéreas S.A., a subsidiary of the Company, on June 20, 2014, as part of the total contribution of US$ 48 million related to the commercial cooperation between the Company and Air France KLM.
Such payments stand for the consummation of the exclusive long term strategic partnership for commercial cooperation between the Company and Air France KLM, informed in the Material Fact of February 19, 2014.
