Dear Petrol AD,

We are few italian investors in shares and bonds of Petrol AD since longtime and we are worrying about the credit crunch that affected the bulgarian bank system. We also see that Petrol AD shares and eurobonds due 2017 are trading at lowest price notwithstanding the recent capital injection. Please, since it's hard to find news about the Company, could you tell us if Petrol AD is affected from the banks credit turmoil and what kind of measures You are adopting regarding the eventual problem? Is the Company interested for this year in buy back bonds or redeem them for reducing the debt?

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that all business is affected by the bank crisis in Bulgaria. We are also affected since we have big credit exposure to Corporate Commercial Bank. We are adopting measures to solve the problem with the banks, but the situation is very complex and there are many unknowns regarding the future of the bank and how things will develop. We have some interest to buy back bonds, but have very limited cash available to that. Once i have the information, it will be discussed with the management board.

sì ma candidamente ammettono di non avere soldi in cassa .poi , quanto debito hanno oltre ai 18 milioni?cosa sappiamo dei veri proprietari:mafia malavita russi?che garanzie ho ,una volta fortunosamente acquistato, di rivendere se voglio? voi siete già dentro ma se volessi rientrare come minimo il 20 netto annualizzato lo vorrei ,seno meglio cognor:D
