Hanno anche delle linee di credito con Deutsche Bank Credit Facility e Wells Fargo Credit Facility che sono soggette a determinati covenants finanziari tra cui, tra le altre cose, il rispetto della leva finanziaria e del requisito del debito o dei coefficienti fissi stabiliti in base agli utili prima degli interessi ( EBIT ). Credo hanno già ottenuto l’OK dalle banche.
