Usa: spese per costruzioni in calo, fortemente deluse le attese
In calo a dicembre 2018 le spese per costruzioni negli Stati Uniti in flessione dello 0,6% sul mese precedente e contro le attese che avevano previsto invece un incremento dello 0,2%. Il dato di novembre e' stato confermato a un +0,8% Considerando il 2018 nel suo complesso, la spesa è aumentata del 4,1%, la crescita più lenta degli ultimi sette anni. L'edilizia residenziale privata è aumentata del 3,3% nell'anno, dopo un aumento del 10% per sei anni consecutivi.
