Non riesco a capire questa discrepanza tra il rendimento delle Ashford e le summit hotel che ho in portafoglio, che nonostante il Covid ancora si tengono a galla e pagano dividendi . Qualcuno ha una spiegazione, o devo chiudere la posizione ora che sono in pari?

Ashford non è in grado di rispettare gli accordi su sei prestiti garantiti da 24 Hotel, Summit hotel ha circa 270 milioni di liquidità che le consente 3 anni di relativa tranquillità alle attuali condizioni economiche.

Opportunità di switch sulle qwest. Le ctz 6,625 a 25,12 addirittura più basse delle cty 6,125, entrambe post call, senza considerare le ctaa 7% a 25,77 che già tra 4 mesi potrebbero essere richiamate.

The company says it partially adjourned its special meeting of shareholders to provide additional time to vote on the proposal to amend its corporate charter, after ~60% of the total shares outstanding were represented either in person or by proxy at the meeting; approval of the charter amendment proposal requires a two-thirds affirmative vote.

Vendute a 25.20 e passato sulle 9.25%

Una volta tanto sono riuscito a vendere bene a 25,49 qualche giorno prima dell'annuncio della prossima call e dirottato (anche io ) sulla 9,25 aumentando così sia il numero di azioni che il dividendo trimestrale percepito . In questi giorni ho venduto in più ordini ( ma a malincuore ) tutte le ago 6,25 ma essendo in post call e vedendo prezzi intorno ai 28 mi sono convinto , vediamo nei prossimi giorni se si presenta qualche opportunità
