Since April 2016, $10.9 million of dividends have accrued and remain unpaid. Dividends will continue to accumulate regardless of whether any such dividends are declared not. If we do not pay accumulative dividends on our expanding preferred stock in cash by January 2017, the 2% dividend penalty rate will start effective February 2017. We will be required to start issuing shares of common stock to pay the accumulative and unpaid dividends to-date by February 2017 and continue the monthly distribution common stock and cash dividends or reinstate.
