Ottimo ! Visto il calo degli ultimi giorni ..temevo il peggio ......perché il problema ( almeno per me ) e che non saprei cosa comprare ....con il rischio di farsi tentare da qualche ciofeconeSegnalo che British Airways anche questa volta non ha richiamato

The Company intends to apply to list the Series G Preferred Shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "AMHPRG." -updated 7/10- American Homes 4 Rent (NYSE: AMH) (the "Company") today announced that it has priced its previously announced underwritten public offering of 4,600,000 of its 5.875% Series G Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Shares (the "Series G Preferred Shares") raising gross proceeds of approximately $115 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses. The Series G Preferred Shares have an initial liquidation preference of $25 per share. The offering is expected to close on July 17, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions. The Company intends to apply to list the Series G Preferred Shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "AMHPRG." If the application is approved, the Company expects trading to commence within 30 days after initial delivery of the Series G Preferred Shares.
