Il movimento verso il basso delle PFD non dipende dai fondamentali o dalla capacità delle società di sostenere i pagamenti dei dividendi. Quando i tassi salgono i prezzi devono scendere. Ad un certo punto ci possono essere buone opportunità di acquisto. I prezzi delle PFD ad alto rendimento invece sono meno sensibili ai tassi, dipendono più dall' andamento della società emittente. Con l'economia US che va bene in quasi tutti i settori, il supporto dei prezzi è abbastanza solido da questo punto di vista. Fissa dei obiettivi rischio/ rendimento e inizia ad acquistare ma senza troppa fretta.

Buonasera, qualcuno potrebbe gentilmente segnalarmi l'isin dei t-note usa a 10 anni o più come scadenza?
Visto l'euro a ridosso di 1,25 e il t-note che sul decennale rende più del 2,7% vorrei diversificare qualcosina.
