Oggi, 4 aprile 2024, è la data stabilita per l'ennesima distribuzione LBHI.
Quindi controllate nei prossimi giorni i vs c/c e, in caso di mancato accredito, reclamate presso le rispettive banche di riferimento.

Naturalmente c'è chi spera, per proprio tornaconto, che questa distribuzione ( la XXVIII della serie ) sia anche l'ultima ma non credo sia proprio così.
Tutto lascia pensare che ad Ottobre potrebbe essercene un'altra che, il condizionale è d'obbligo, dovrebbe anticipare di qualche mese la definitiva chiusura della procedura fallimentare, stabilita entro e non oltre la fine del 2025.
Almeno questo è quanto risulta dalle sacre scritture ma siamo tutti abituati ai colpi di scena.

LBT will make its twelfth distribution to holders of Substitute Notes on 10 April 2024 (the "Distribution Date"). The Distribution Date may be delayed should market circumstances so dictate.
The Available Cash to be distributed to Holders of Substitute Notes is US$ 17,378,715. The Aggregate Nominal Amount of Substitute Notes on issue for the purpose of this twelfth distribution to holders of Substitute Notes is US$ 19,626,450,592. The indicative distribution rate of this twelfth distribution to holders of Substitute Notes, calculated as Available Cash to be distributed expressed as a percentage of the Aggregate Nominal Amount of the Substitute Notes on issue (both denominated in U.S. Dollars), is 0.0885%.
