In prospettiva nuova, eventuale distribuzione ho aggiornato le sacre scritture.
Risulterebbe ( il condizionale è d'obbligo ) che, allo stato attuale, LBHI avrebbe:
A) 3,5/4 miliardi di dollari di cash riservato in garanzia per ordine del tribunale fallimentare.
B) 2 miliardi di dollari richiesti da LBHI al Credit Suisse per una contestazione ancora in via di accertamento e definizione.
C) 1 miliardo circa di cash in cassa.
Il tempo ci aiuterà a comprendere meglio quali sono le nostre possibilità di ulteriore recupero.
Tutto rigorosamente IMHO
