volevo aspettare qualche altro giorno per conferma ma poi ho rotto gli indugi e ho acquistato 1.000 pezzi.speriamo che sia la volta buona.certo sui forum di boursorama si parla di opa a 6 euro.sarebbe comunque una grossa beffa.il sogno dei 30 euro svanirebbe definitivamente.

Se così fosse è evidente che l'AdCom è stata una imboscata.
Faccio notare che Pfizer è uno dei primi contribuenti USA e pertanto è prevedibile che i rapporti con FDA siano "diversi" rispetto ad altre Pharma o biotech specialmente se straniere.
Restano pertanto le colpe della Società per non aver saputo gestire la questione partenariato e dossier, come era giusto fare, visto che una Società dovrebbe essere a conoscenza dei meccanismi che regolano i rapporti non solo scientifici ma lobbistici ( ad esempio Fase 3 in SPA ).
OPA in vista ? Pfizer e successivamente Merck i due più probabili candidati.
Resta comunque, ad onor del vero, dire che l'orientamento FDA in questi ultimi mesi sembra aver preso una imbarcata da "bocciatutto".
Speriamo che vada bene per tutti, al momento possiamo solo incrociare le dita attendendo gli sviluppi.

Abstract
A number of structural and functional mechanisms have been identified in the pathogenesis of hypertensive vascular disease, each of which requires effective therapy to reduce global cardiovascular risk. Hypertension, together with other cardiovascular risk factors, promotes endothelial dysfunction as evidenced by decreased nitric oxide (NO) release and reduced vascular responsiveness to normal vasodilatory stimuli. In addition, the mechanical forces inherent in hypertension activate neurohormonal mechanisms, including the renin-angiotensin system, which modulate vessel wall structure and function. Antihypertensive drugs may have class-specific hemodynamic and physiologic effects that attenuate these vascular disease processes. Pharmacologic approaches that enhance endothelial NO bioavailability have been shown to restore vasodilation while reducing clinical events. These agents improve NO bioavailability by increasing endogenous production through enzymatic mechanisms or by promoting the direct release of NO by its redox congeners in a spontaneous fashion. In this article, we review the basic mechanisms of endothelial dysfunction along with the use and comparative therapeutic benefits of various pharmacologic interventions, with particular emphasis on antihypertensive agents.

Resta da capire se e a quale prezzo lanceranno una OPA.
Se chiudono il gap tecnico a 5 probabile una OPA sui 10 €, se arrivano a chiudere quello a 7, non si può escluidere anche una OPA a prezzi sui 14 € ...
