scusa non e' che voglio fare sempre il bastian contrario ma hai letto bene dove ha sede questo fondo?e me li chiami investitori di lungo termine,ma dai non scherziamo,sappiamo bene come operano in certi luoghi.
Comunque Buona e Serena Pasqua a te e a Pizzo e agli altri frequentatori (pochi) del forum.

Vedo purtroppo che non sei al corrente di certe strategie finanziarie. Se sapessi quante società serissime e conosciutissime che hanno la sede alle Cayman per pagare meno tasse rimarresti molto sorpreso.....ma ti faccio un solo esempio. La MSC, italianissima società armatrice , leader nel mondo nella navigazione mercantile che porta merci in 5 continenti e negli ultimi anni anche leader nel campo crocieristico.....non ha sede in Italia.....bensi a Panama.....molto vicino alle isole Cayman.....
Quello che conta finanziariamente è soprattutto il mercato finanziario dove vengono quotate le azioni...e mentre la tua amica BB biotech è quotata in quella borsa di 4 gatti che è MIlano, la società investitrice di biotech di cui parliamo è quotata alla Borsa di Zurigo, dove i controlli abbondano e tante porcherie ti assicuro che non possono farle.

ben altra cosa BB rispetto ad un fondo che ha sede in quel paese,la cronaca passata dovrebbe farti capire qualcosa.poi questi saranno pure corretti e onesti ma a me solo sentire cayman fa venire sospetti.malefatte di BB mai sentite,di fondi e societa' che hanno operato e operano alle cayman (come in altri paradisi) che hanno fatto giochi sporchi se ne sono sentite tante.

BB pero' non ha filiali alle cayman ed e' nota per essere una societa' seria e che mette soldi su bio promettenti (strano che sulla perla nicox non metta neanche mezzo franco) mentre su un fondo che opera anche in quei posti mi fa nascere qualche pensierino.Comunque come vedi nicox continua a scendere ogni giorno nonostanti le grandi news arrivate e i nodi delle fabbriche a quanto pare risolti .ma il tuo idolo garufi che dice?titto bene,gli piace questo andamento?direi che a lui sta bene.come lo spieghi?
P.S. c'e' da augurarsi che non vinca la Le Pen domenica se no nicox va a 1 euro.

Je vous écris aujourd’hui car votre participation et votre vote aux Assemblées Générales du 16 mai 2017 sont importants.

Avec deux demandes d’autorisation de mise sur le marché en cours d’examen par la FDA américaine au cours des six prochains mois, d’une part pour VyzultaTM, licencié à Bausch + Lomb, pour le traitement des patients atteints de glaucome à angle ouvert ou d'hypertension oculaire, d’autre part pour ZERVIATE (précédemment AC-170) pour le traitement du prurit oculaire associé aux conjonctivites allergiques, nous sommes au dernier « kilomètre » de notre « marathon » pour atteindre le but ultime de toute entreprise de Recherche et Développement : voir ses produits commercialisés et apporter un bénéfice thérapeutique aux patients.

Nous sommes convaincus que 2017 pourrait être l'année de transformation que nous avons tous tant attendue et sommes pleinement engagés pour la croissance à long terme de notre société, non seulement avec les potentielles approbations et mises sur le marché de VyzultaTM et ZERVIATE, mais aussi avec les futurs lancements d’études cliniques de phase 2 pour nos candidats médicaments : NCX 4251, dans le traitement de la blépharite, et NCX 470, pour la réduction de la pression intraoculaire chez les patients atteints de glaucome à angle ouvert ou d'hypertension oculaire. solita lettera che tutti i ceo fanno prima di qualsiasi assemblea,niente di che',anzi quel dear shareolders molte volte suona come una presa in giro (e lo dico in senso generale) di fronte alla quotazione del titolo-E difatti in un passaggio che ho letto mi viene da ridere( dove dice che stanno lavorando duro perche' il mercato riconosca il potenziale di nicox).Il mercato vede nicox solo per la solita speculazione spicciola e basta,la societa' si vede poco e non difende mai il titolo pero' ora se ne esce con questa frase solo perche' c'e' un assemblea e lui vuole essere rieletto.Sembra piu' un politico che un ceo.
