deve essere un trsf con diversa intestazione, cosi' da risultare una vendita
ad es da conto cointestato a monointestato o viceversa

Causa contro CONSOB e SNS ???
Ciao cari, ho appena saputo da un collega che ha un conto in una banca in Lussemburgo, che la stessa, di propria iniziativa e gratis ( !!! ) ha intentato la causa per l'esproprio SNS, oltre che per i canali già a noi noti ( Chambre ecc), anche a:
- Autorità di controllo fiscale del Lussemburgo
- la stessa banca SNS
Questo è stato motivato dal fatto che al punto 43 del prospetto ( che ho allegato), all'autorità del Lussemburgo era stato notificato il prospetto stesso.
Vedasi che anche alla CONSOB italiana era stato notificato!!!!!!
La SNS è stata citata perchè, nelle conclusioni dello stesso documento, viene dichiarato che non vengono inserite "omissioni che potrebbero avere effetti sul documento".
Sicuramente Zorba e Company sono a conoscenza e stanno valutando..ma prima della chiacchierata col collega, di certo io non avevo pensato che si potesse chiamare in causa la CONSOB e SNS

Beh... io, da assoluto ignorante in materia giuridica, ritengo che i vertici SNS abbiano ovvie e gravi responsabilità per la situazione che ha portato all'esproprio.
