"It facilitates the kind of primary debt market interventions of Spanish government securities that we would have in mind in case there would be a request."Rehn said the credit line would run in parallel with the European Central Bank's unlimited bond-buying program, called Outright Monetary Transactions.The Enhanced Conditions Credit Line is one of the instruments in the permanent bailout fund, the 500 billion euro European Stability Mechanism (ESM), which can be offered to euro zone countries that are under financing pressure.The credit line can then be used to buy bonds at primary auctions or to insure debt bought by private investors, thus helping the country to finance itself in the markets.
rehn spiega che è stata creata una nuova linea di credito che puo essere erogata dal ESM e va parallela agli acquisto di bonds daparte della BCE. Mentre la BCE compra sul secondario, questa linea di credito (che ha avuto il nulla osta tedesco) puo essere attivata per acquisti sul mercato primario.
Evidente è che la germania, se ha detto OK a questa linea per la spagna, è daccordo a far partire la richiesta di salvataggio

aguzzate la vista verso il fine settimana.
Io personalmente prendero' profitto venerdi aspettando una veloce correzione che avrà come minimo il 25 per poi rientrare in ottica di lungo.
ricordiamoci che la massa è sempre fuori oppure shot.
i big sono dentro da 13000 scarsi e fanno credere tutto e il contrario ti tutto in atteesa della sparata up che lascerà gli shot inceneriti.
