Perchè non chiedono direttamente alla figlia di Chavez di usare un po' dei suoi 3/4B di $ per pagare la deuda? Non mi sembra sia tra i sanzionati.

al limite.. potrebbe usarli in parte per comprare 20 miliardi nominali pagandoli 2.. e poi accettare un'offerta di scambio in nuovi titoli giurisdizione hong kong che pagano le cedole..

By the end of September, the exchange rate will have depreciated so massively that the government is likely to balk at setting petrol prices at international levels and may abandon other aspects of the programme."
