non ho mai capito sta cosa della blacklist francamente. Fuori da Ita non ci sono di queste restrizioni. Se uno vuole comprare un bond di sua iniziativa lo compra, certo deve avere il profilo di rischio adeguato.

cmq ho comprato su borsa tedesca. Ci sono centinaia di banche che permettono questa operatività.

tornando a Rickmers tengo a sottolineare che ho preso un microcip da pura scommessa. I numeri non sono dalla nostra parte ed è difficile stimare un recovery su questo tipo di attività. Neanche gli addetti ai lavori ci riescono... vedi Hsh Nordbank che ha preso sonore fregature nello shipping

Ci sono centinaia di banche che permettono di negoziare su borse tedesche ? In Italia no.

Detto questo, su questi 3 titoli ci sono dei criteri

Alno per creditwatch ha un RR4: il bond 2018 avrebbe una fascia stimata intorno ai 40 SEMPRE CHE SI RIESCA AD USCIRE DALLA SELF ADMINISTRATION

Rickmers stessa ha stimato, in caso di liquidazione, una recovery con forchetta 5-8

Air Berlin è quella più intricata: può andare dai 10 a di più MA A SECONDA DI EVENTI SPECIFICI. Altrimenti la vedo dura

We've come to almost three months from insolvency in self administration of Rickmers Group.

We know about the task of Macquaire Capital, aimed at seeking a commercial partner.

After that, total lack of news about our situation. Perhaps we're in Italy and it's quite easy to suppose that we'rnt in a good condition for timely information.

I would like to stabilish a strong connection With your Company.

A couple of simple question:

At the current state it's possible to achieve a new restructuring proposal (for example a new bond with different terms and maturity) ?

Another option: could be possibile to transform our status from creditors to shareholders (the Classic debt-equity swap) ?

And, more of all, will Rickmers Ag survive ?

Probably u'll find these questions as trivial, stupid but we strongly need your answers to calibrate our expectations.
