Mi riferisco alla proposta di ristrutturazione che fecero q maggio (nuovo bond luxco, pik, subordinato)

Ah ok, chiedo scusa eh ...ma ho parzialmente formattato la mia memoria per fare spazio a nuove idee di trading ed in sostanza per guardare avanti, io con roba del genere ho messo una grossa pietra sopra (sarei più felice se potessi metterla fisicamente in capo a questi "nuovi" criminali moderni dal default facile).

thank you for your message. We have now registered you as a bondholder. As the appointed joint representative, we will represent you in the proceedings in an effective manner and for the time being, we don’t need further documents/information from you. In case of relevant news on the matter, we will keep you informed.
Currently, the company is still developing an insolvency plan and in parallel an international bank is mandated for the search for potential investors/buyers for the company. The insolvency plan can contain various options for the bond, also the continuation of the bond under different terms or a debt to equity swap. Rickmers AG will survive in case the creditors vote for the insolvency plan or the sale of the company instead of a liquidation. We expect the results of these processes to be presented within this or next week. After publication of the results, we will duly inform you about the outcome and next steps.

Non sono ancora della partita air berlin in quanto il trustee non ha ancora ritenuto necessario far nominare un rappresentante dei bondholders
Detto questo, cosa aspettarci ?
Il fatto rilevante è che o questa o la prossima settimana arriverà la proposta da parte di rickmers, che potrà essere una ristrutturazione in continuità aziendale o una sua cessione.
Le condizioni saranno sottoposte anche ai bondholder che dovranno dire SI alla proposta oppure NO e la società verrà liquidata.
Quindi come vi dicevo novità a brevissimo
Per il resto dicono cose inutili, cioè che il piano di ristrutturazione possa contemplare una rinegoziazione del bond o una conversione in equity (non ci illudiamo
