Rossano, non uscire da forum perchè se rimanamo uniti almeno ci scambiamo qualche idea che non sarà certamente in termini economici ma almeno ci aggiorneemo per quel poco che sappiamo

Anche volendo ho provato, però non mi cancellano l'account, comunque grazie!. Per chi fosse interessato io sono disposto a venire a fare un giro a Milano, fare una bella riunione, ascoltare tutte le idee e preparare un piano da fare!

io domani provo a scrivere a report e raccontare un po' come stanno le cose poi se avrò risposte ve le giro stiamo uniti dai rimaniamo insieme buona domenica a tutti.

Io scrivo nuovamente ad OSA, comunicando che quanto da loro dichiarato è stato ritenuto inaccettabile e che gli obbligazionisti italiani inizieranno a rivolgersi a stampa ed istituzioni politiche.

a Sandrino ti chiedevo se avevi visto il post di ROSSI69 io ti chiedevo se ne vale chiedere a SCHIRP NEUSELS PARTNER che erano quelli indicati in prima battuta per noi obbligazionisti ma poi hanno scelto OSA perchè ex consiglieri di Rickmers che ne pensi?

Dear Asmus
Following our telephone conversation I had a meeting with the group of Italian bondholders, bringing back the state of the art on Rickmers.

Without going too far with the words, I'm telling you that the outcome was strongly negative.
The Bond Committee has decided to coordinate and do everything possible to hunt down the merge with Zeaborn, and obviously the new company.

The next steps will be in the order:
1) to raise public opinion about the continuing failure by German companies and the lack of compensation to international investors
2) to request officially the intervention of the Italian Government for cases Rickmers, Alno and Air Berlin
3) to prepare a dossier to send to EU Commissioner Margareth Vestager and the European Parliament on continued market distortions and the damage inflicted on international investors by German companies
4) entrust our legitimate interests to the most prestigious international law firm to bring everyone to court and have justice.

Now is the time to battle this typically German system where the company's assets are bought and the debt is duly punished
