Πιθανή συγχώνευση Εθνικής με Alpha Bank
Έντονες φήμες κυκλοφορούν στην αγορά σχετικά με την αναζωπύρωση των διαπραγματεύσεων για πιθανή συγχώνευση μεταξύ Alpha Bank και Εθνικής Τράπεζας.
Η διαπραγμάτευση των δυο μετοχών στο Χ.Α. ανεστάλη με την Alpha Bank να βρίσκεται στα 4,88 με άνοδο 6,32% και με την ΕΤΕ να βρίσκεται στα 7,64 ευρώ, με άνοδο 2,14%.
Αυτή τη στιγμή βρίσκεται σε εξέλιξη συνεδρίαση του Δ.Σ. της Alpha Bank και ενδεχομένως συζητείται το συγκεκριμένο θέμα. Αρμόδια στελέχη αρνούνται να κάνουν αυτή τη στιγμή οποιοδήποτε σχόλιο, και τοποθετούν τις όποιες ανακοινώσεις για μετά το κλείσιμο της αγοράς.
Άλλες πήγες αναφέρουν ότι το Δ.Σ. της Alpha συζητά τα πιθανά ενδεχόμενα κεφαλαιακής ενίσχυσης, κάτι που είναι προφανές καθώς όλοι οι εμπλεκόμενοι φορείς έχουν επισημάνει τη σχετική ανάγκη.
Οι δύο τράπεζες είχαν πλησιάσει τη συγχώνευσή τους τον Ιανουάριο του 2002, όταν οι συζητήσεις είχαν προχωρήσει σχεδόν μέχρι το σημείο της τελικής συμφωνίας η οποία ωστόσο δεν έγινε ποτέ.
Στο Χ.Α., οι φήμες για τη συγχώνευση έχουν ωθήσει τον δείκτη στις 1.693 μονάδες, με κέρδη στο 1,9%.

grazie a tutti per le risposte,
a questo punto ne vorrei prendere un pò , solo che non so ancora se la mia banca mi fara' pagare delle tasse aggiuntive , oppure se sara' maggiore del 12,5% , ho mandato un e-mail alla mia banca per saperlo.
poi guardavo anche quest'altra obbligazione ES0000012411
una delle due la voglio prendere pero' non sono ancora sicuro
su quale delle due provare.

(ANA-MPA)Finance minister George Papaconstantinou on Friday ruled out the prospect of early general elections, and expressed his conviction that the Greek economy was starting to emerge from recession, during a heated discussion in parliament with Coalition of the Radical Left (SYRIZA) parliamentary group leader Alexis Tsipras and Popular Orthodox Rally (LAOS) rapporteur Asterios Rondoulis on the exploitation of state assets.
Papaconstantinou said that a plan already exists for the exploitation of state property aiming to raise 50 billion euros by the year 2015, clarifying that this was not a "Memorandum obligation" but a government choice.
He also ruled out the prospect of early general elections, reminding that prime minister George Papandreou himself has categorically stated that elections will take place at the end of the government's four-year term in office.

Ciao Brunello, a mio parere prima di esporti su Grecia o Spagna dovresti informarti un pò meglio.
Più che altro per fare una scelta consapevole. Poi sarai il benvenuto ...
La ritenuta del 12,5% si applica su tutti i TdS, sulla Spagna c'è qualche complicazione in più da parte di qualche banca. Ma è solo un aspetto formale.
Se sei un cliente a "basso rischio" MIFID, difficilmente la tua banca ti permetterà di acquistare GGB.

hai perfettamente ragione per via di informarmi meglio, e' tutta la mattina che
stò leggendo a destra ed a sinistra ma sono sempre allo stesso livello
solo che a me piace rischiare ed ora ho un 10k che voglio giocarlo assolutamente
in qualcosa di rischioso, per la mia banca sono un cliente di massimo rischio
quindi non è un problema scusate se sono un neofita ma questo è il mio livello
per adesso.

In linea di massima sulla Grecia dovremmo essere vicini ad una conclusione (non necessariamente positiva, ma neppure negativa) sulla Spagna - personalmente - lascerei stare.
I rendimenti offerti si discostano poco dai BTP con il rischio di trovarsi a gestire qualche "brutta sorpresa".
Tra "Franza o Spagna basta che se magna", direi meglio i titoli italiani.

Feb. 18 (Bloomberg) -- National Bank of Greece SA, the country’s largest lender, offered to buy Alpha Bank SA, Greece’s third largest bank.
National will offer 11 new National Bank shares for 11 existing Alpha shares, a share ratio of 0.727 National shares for each Alpha share, according to an e-mailed statement from the Athens-based lender today.
The offer aims to create the strongest bank in Greece and one of the biggest in southeast Europe, the statement said. Shares in the two banks were earlier suspended from trading on the Athens bourse.
