Io noto, e me ne dispiace un pò, che pare non riescano nemmeno più a comprare il tempo...nemmeno il rollaggio di un paio d'anni, che sembrava cosa fatta.
Mi ero quasi illuso anch'io...
Meglio tornare alle origini.
La soluzione è terribilmente semplice, basandosi sull'evidenza:
Se c'è qualcuno che ha interesse a salvare realmente la Grecia, deve cacciare i soldi a fondo perduto, sapendo in partenza che non li rivedrà più.
L'alternativa è il default, più o meno disordinato.
Ma siamo ancora in pieno trikkebballakke

Interessante confronto di Trichet tra economia US e quella EU. Effettivamente se l'assioma paese europeo=stato americano fosse vero non staremmo probabilmente parlando di crisi greca allo stato attuale.

It is also remarkable that there is convincing evidence that the euro area and the United States of America have similar features in terms of diversity of the economies that are part of these vast continents: member countries on this side of the Atlantic and the States on the other side. This is documented, in particular, as regards asymmetric inflation, asymmetric growth developments and even in terms of somewhat persistent asymmetric gains and losses of competitiveness.
Therefore, it is important to redress a common belief which is unfounded, in my opinion, namely that the euro area as a whole is significantly more heterogeneous economically, with more dispersion and higher levels of standard deviation of a number of important indicators than the US.
But what remains true is that governing these very vast and equally diverse economies with a single currency is more of a challenge in a union of sovereign states than in a political federation. That is the reason why the European Central Bank is stressing tirelessly the necessity of strongly reinforcing the euro area economic governance. The economic policy of each member of the euro area has to be aligned with the requirements of EMU. As Alexander Hamilton said two hundred years ago: we should ourselves “learn to think (more) continentally”.

Greece, Portugal, Ireland Credit-Default Swaps Fall From Records

The cost of insuring against default on government debt sold by Greece, Portugal and Ireland fell from records, according to traders of credit-default swaps.
Contracts on Greece declined 7 basis points to 1,516, Portugal decreased 1 to 718 and Ireland fell 4 to 686 as of 8:30 a.m. in London, according to CMA. The Markit iTraxx SovX Western Europe Index of swaps on 15 governments was up 1 basis point at 201 basis points.
Swaps on Spain were unchanged at 261 basis points, Italy fell 1 basis point to 164 and Belgium was 1 basis point lower at 144, according to CMA. A decline signals improvement in investor perceptions of credit quality.
The cost of insuring corporate debt was little changed. The Markit iTraxx Crossover Index of swaps on 40 companies with mostly high-yield credit ratings increased 1 basis point to 391, while the Markit iTraxx Europe Index of 125 investment-grade companies fell 0.25 basis point to 105.5, according to JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The Markit iTraxx Financial Index of swaps linked to the senior debt of 25 European banks and insurers rose 0.5 basis point to 160.5 and the subordinated index declined 0.5 to 276.5, JPMorgan prices show.
A basis point on a credit-default swap protecting 10 million euros ($14.4 million) of debt for five years is equivalent to 1,000 euros a year. Swaps pay the buyer face value in exchange for the underlying securities or the cash equivalent should a borrower fail to adhere to its debt agreements.

Private Sector Participation In Greece Unavoidable -Schaeuble
BERLIN -(Dow Jones)- German finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble said Friday that making private bond holders bear more risk in the case of a greek default or restructuring was "unavoidable," and that it is hard to know how much more help Greece will need.
Speaking to members of parliament ahead of a debate on whether to approve a possible German contribution to a second package of aid for Greece, Schaeuble acknowledged that the European Central Bank has discouraged Germany's calls for private investors to face losses from a Greek restructuring. On Thursday he acknowledged that France shares those concerns.
But Germany was working together with the ECB, the International Monetary Fund and the European Commission to find a compromise that would include a "fair risk participation" for bond holders.
"If there are doubts about Greece's ability to pay back its debts," Schaeuble said, "then the participation of the private sector in the solution to this problem is unavoidable."
Schaeuble also said that it is difficult to calculate exactly how much more aid Greece will need, but that the country remains unlikely to be able to return to financial markets in 2012.

Non credo, EU e IMF stanno già richiedendo il commissariamento del tavolo sulle privatizzazioni.
Tutto sommato che i numeri continuino a smentire i politicanti greci è un bene.
Allo stato attuale i greci hanno due scelte, iniziare a fare le cose sul serio e piantarla con gli annunci ciarlatani oppure uscire dall'euro tornando alla dracma con tutte le conseguenze locali del caso.
I paesi EU superstiti potrebbero sempre scegliere di sostenere corsi e sistema bancario con bailout locali e tramite la Bce con opportune regole emergenziali dell'ultima ora.

Mah, noto un certo pessimismo...
personalmente, invece, quest'oggi lo sono molto meno di una settimana fa.
In fin dei conti la Grecia e' riuscita, bene o male, a convincere la Troika a concederle soldi e tempo.
I fondi necessari, a quanto pare, son stati stanziati e pure il passaggio parlamentare dovrebbe andare a buon fine.
E gia' questo non e' poco!!!...se tutto sara' effettivamente implementato possiamo ragionevolmente sperare in un miglioramento di spread/quotazioni.
Questa pero' rappresenta solo la premessa che, sia pur fondamentale, non e' sufficiente.
Il mercato a quel punto volgera' la sua attenzione ai dati macro che giungeranno dalla Grecia, li' si giochera' la partita....la buona nuova di ieri e' che almeno, cosi' pare, sara' concesso il tempo necessario per giocare, come finira' non ci e' ancora dato di sapere, Gaudente a parte

Non direi, allo stato attuale il bailout è subordinato all'esecuzione di un piano finanziario per il momento solo anticipato dai greci e non ancora approvato.
Che facciamo, torniamo alle frasi fatte come la pistola puntata alla tempia della speculazione come lo scorso anno?
Sono un paio di volte che rimando l'attenzione ai dati macro e non ai giornaletti da quattro soldi che non sanno neppure tradurre dall'inglese.
Saranno i primi a dire se la grecia ce la farà o meno.
