Bond euro ampliano risalita, incertezza in vista vertice Ue

LONDRA, 18 luglio (Reuters) - Premono sull'acceleratore i
derivati sul decennale tedesco, beneficiari del clima di
incertezza che precede il nuovo vertice strordinario Ue dedicato
alla crisi del debito convocato per giovedì.
Annunciata venerdì sera del presidente del Consiglio Ue Van
Rompuy, la riunione dei capi di Stato e di governo è chiamata a
discutere principalmente del secondo pacchetto di aiuti alla
Grecia e in particolare il ruolo dei creditori privati, tema che
vede le capitali europee in ordine sparso.
Il cancelliere tedesco Angela Merkel ha ribadito ieri la
posizione di Berlino, che spinge per un intervento volontario ma
significativo del settore privato, mentre il consigliere
esecutivo Bce Lorenzo Bini Smaghi ha proposto che sia il fondo
di stabilità Efsf a mettere a disposizione fondi per un buy-back
sul secondario.
Gli investitori temono che in entrambi i casi possano
intervenire le agenzie di rating con un declassemanto dei titoli
greci a 'default' che impedirebbe alla Bce di accettare debito
ellenico come collaterale delle operazioni pronti contro
termine.
"Il mercato guarda principalmente al vertice europeo,
preceduto da un clima di speculazione" spiega un operatore
londinese.
Superati da 82 sul totale di 90 delle banche esaminate, gli
stress test Ue sembrano non bastare a convincere gli investitori
circa la solidità degli istituti di credito europei di fronte
alle difficoltà di finanza pubblica.
