2.3. Will the New Bonds be freely tradable from day one?
Each option contemplates two tranches; one contractually restricting their trading for a period (either 10 years for the New Par and New Discount Bonds or 5 years for the New Discount Amortising Bonds) and the other allowing for trading without contractual restrictions. It is anticipated that the trading restrictions would require the recipient of the bonds subject to such restrictions ("Restricted Bonds") to retain beneficial ownership of the Restricted Bonds for a period of at least 10 years for New Par and New Discount Bonds or 5 years for the New Discount Amortising Bonds, in each case from their Issue Date. While the exact scope of the trading restrictions will be included in the final Exchange Offer Memorandum, for the avoidance of doubt such restrictions are not intended to preclude use of Restricted Bonds to raise secured financing or form part of any other security provided by an Investor.

certo che è volontario.
ma essendo esteso a tutti la % aumenta ancora (e per questo la tempistica..)
e per farti accettare ti diranno di tutto, come adesso ti dicono che per la troika si vedrà ecc ecc
così te vai in panico e aderisci.. perchè nel frattempo le quotazioni calano
piu' aderiscono e meglio è.. per tutti.
Qualcuno ha le quotazioni di questi bond otc che scadono prima di marzo 2012 e che rientrano nello swap?

Imports Dropped By 12.2% In July 2011
The total value of imports-arrivals, excluding oil products, in July 2011 amounted to 2553,1 million euros against 2909,2 million euros in July 2010, recording a drop of 12,2%, according to Greek Statistical Authority (ELSTAT).
According to an announcement, the total value of imports-arrivals, excluding oil products, for the 12-month time period of August 2010 - July 2011 decreased by 14,0% compared to the corresponding 12-month time period of August 2009 - July 2010.
The total value of exports-dispatches in July 2011 amounted to 1916,4 million euros against 1315,2 million euros in July 2010, recording an increase of 45,7%.
The total value of exports-dispatches, excluding oil products, in July 2011 amounted to 1415,6 million euros against 1236,0 million euros in July 2010, recording an increase of 14,5%.
The total value of exports-dispatches, excluding oil products, for the 12-month time period of August 2010 - July 2011 increased by 15,0% compared to the corresponding 12-month time period of August 2009 - July 2010.
The total value of imports-dispatches in July 2011 amounted to 2984,2 million euros against 3887,2 million euros in July 2010. The statistics of imports for oil products are calculated according to the data derived from the customs declarations.
The status of the audited incomplete customs declarations, regarding oil products, for July 2010, has been integrated in the compilation of the external trade statistics. The corresponding declarations for July 2011 have not been integrated yet, since they have not been finalized entirely, having as a result the lack of comparability of the external trade statistics data between July 2011 and July 2010.

ma stai sicuro che cercheranno di usare argomentazioni convincenti per convincerti..
personalmente con me ci sono già riusciti..
cioè io ho 21k nominali di 2014 e li swappo sicuro, mentre mi tengo i 3k di 2012 che tanto non mi cambiano nulla..

Germania, Francia spingono per tassa transazioni finanziarie

L'Europa dovrebbe spingere per l'introduzione di una tassa sulle transazioni finanziarie nonostante manchi un più ampio consenso internazionale sull'argomento.
Lo dicono in una lettera inviata alla Commissione europea i ministri delle Finanze di Francia e Germania.
Il tedesco Wolfgang Schaeuble e il francese Francois Baroin dicono nella lettera, di cui Reuters ha preso visione, di "ritenere fortemente che l'attuazione di una tassa sulle transazioni finanziarie a livello europeo sarebbe un passo cruciale sulla strada del raggiungimento di un consenso globale in un modo che non influenzi la competitività europea".
La lettera dice che finalizzare come collocare i fondi raccolti con la tassa non dovrebbe essere una precondizione per un accordo sulla sua realizzazione. La missiva sollecita inoltre a far entrare in vigore la tassa "a livello internazionale o all'interno dell'Unione europea".
Schaeuble ha detto che personalmente preferisce spingere l'iniziativa all'interno della zona euro, ma la lettera non fa riferimento a una possibilità di questo tipo.
