Leader Ue sosterranno oggi linea Eurogruppo su Grecia - Rehn

BRUXELLES, 23 giugno (Reuters) - Il vertice dei leader europei sosterrà la linea dei ministri delle Finanze della zona euro di affrontare la crisi finanziaria greca.

Lo ha detto Olli Rehn, commissario Ue per gli affari economici e monetari.

"Certamente il tema della Grecia sarà discusso oggi al Consiglio europeo e mi aspetto che il Consiglio europeo ribadirà il messaggio dell'Eurogruppo e della Commissione, sottolineando l'importanza di adottare la strategia fiscale e il programma di privatizzazioni di medio termine entro la fine di giugno e anche facilitare un più ampio consenso tra i partiti in Grecia" ha detto Rehn ai giornalisti
Un tale consenso tra i partiti greci a sostegno alle riforme è essenziale, ha aggiunto poi.

Un ampio sostegno politico per le riforme strutturali e di austerità era stato possibile in Irlanda e Portogallo - paesi che hanno avuto bisogno in precedenza degli aiuti di Ue e Fmi - e dovrebbe essere nelle capacità della Grecia", ha detto.

"Non vedo perché non dovrebbe essere possibile in Grecia", ha detto Rehn.

è una mia regola generale
i ragionamenti mi interessano tutti
da pex a ingsilvio
le chiacchiere dei pesci sono chiacchiere, no!

dai ragionamenti c'è sempre da imparare
quando uno ha ben approfondito certe tecniche, come pex, sicuramente la sua esperienza è validissima nel "valutare il contributo" che l' AT può dare nel prendere una decisione

infatti di questo si tratta sempre
prendere decisioni
e queste saranno tanto più giuste, quanto più validi saranno i contributi utilizzati per formulare la scelta finale,
certo che poi ognuno di noi, personalizzando, da pesi diversi a ciascun elemento e giunge ad una decisione finale diversa

io a priori non scarto nulla, escluso "tutto fumo e niente arrosto"

ps poi ad un certo punto mi è venuto anche un dubbio: è prezzolato?

EU's Rehn: decentralisation of Greece rollover talks important

BRUSSELS, June 23 (Reuters) - The European Union expects that the decentralisation of talks on banks' participation in a voluntary Greek debt rollover scheme could help prevent rating agencies from considering the operation a default.
"The issue of the method of negotiation is linked to the broader assessment of the nature of the event," Economic and Monetary Affairs Commissioner Olli Rehn told a news conference.
"We see that a decentralised way of working through the national ministries of finance, them contacting the banks or financial institutions based in those jurisdictions and discussing the possibility of the rollover of bonds completely on a voluntary basis, is the best method," Rehn said.
"We expect it will yield results, because it is in the interest of the private sector, in the interest of the banks and financial institutions to avoid that Greece would face a default and we trust there will be a substantial participation through this voluntary method of private sector involvement," Rehn said.

perchè ? non ne vedo il motivo!
non lo conosco direttamente, da quello che leggo nei suoi interventi, mi appare come un forumer preparato, anche se spesso mette ironia negli interventi, va letto anche tenendo presente questo aspetto, ma a mio parere rimane comunque un forumer da leggere con piacere
poi se invece c'è dell'altro, illuminami!

Comments ahead of EU leaders' summit

BRUSSELS (Reuters) - European Union leaders are expected to press Greece at a summit on Thursday to adopt deeply unpopular austerity measures, in return for fresh financial support.
Following are highlights of comments before the two-day EU summit begins:


EU ECONOMIC AND MONETARY AFFAIRS COMMISSIONER OLLI REHN
ON MESSAGE FROM EU LEADERS TO GREECE:
"Certainly Greece will be discussed today in the European Council and I would expect the European Council will reiterate the messages of the Eurogroup and the Commission by underlining the importance of adopting the medium term fiscal strategy and the privatization program before the end of June and also facilitating a broader, cross-party consensus in Greece."


ON INCENTIVES FOR GREECE TO ADOPT THE AUSTERITY PACKAGE:
"The incentive is that we are working together with Greece in order to help to reform the country and President (Jose Manuel) Barroso yesterday, in the name of the Commission, made an important imitative on frontloading 1 billion euros in structural funds.
"That shows the EU is concerned about growth in Greece and ready to support growth in Greece, but the first thing is that Greece must help itself so that the other Europeans can help Greece. That's the bottom line."


ON VOLUNTARY DEBT ROLLOVER, AND POSSIBILITY THAT RATINGS AGENCIES MIGHT CALL IT A DEFAULT:
"There are different interpretations of this. It is very clear that the European Union is working on the basis of a Vienna-style initiative -- a voluntary rollover of bonds so that it will not create a credit event.
"This work is going on in a decentralized manner and I trust it will yield positive results, both in terms of substantial participation of the private sector and by avoiding a credit event."


ASKED ABOUT POSSIBILITY THAT IF MARKET RATES NOT OFFERED IN A ROLLOVER IT WILL BE CLASSIFIED AS A DEFAULT:
"We are working on a solution which is based on a voluntary rollover and I expect it will not create a credit event."

Di sicuro non mi fido.
Mi colpiva il tuo interesse......
A mio parere non serve AT per vedere scambi e volumi.

Appena sistemano la Grecia, ne prendo 6.
