Una holding cinese o una finanziaria russa per me sono potenzialmente a rischio.
E poi non voglio comprare qualche cosa che non conosco o non riesco a capire.
Delle 4 postate sono andato sui loro siti e ho capito cosa fanno. La continental resources per esempio è materie prime ma uranio e lo fa ne e per gli states

Scholz Group begins to implement first restructuring measures in Asia/Pacific
In its meeting on 31st of July 2013, the board of directors of Scholz AG decided to significantly reduce its business activities in Australasia. In this respect Scholz AG will cease any ongoing business relations and trading activities in relation with CMA in Australia. Meanwhile CMA is continuing with its business on the basis of a voluntary administration process.
With this move Scholz AG concentrates on its operative restructuring measures within its group of companies in accordance with the concept which was discussed with the financing parties and realizes a first vital step towards the new orientation of the group’s business. Thus, additional domestic funds shall be available in the future for further restructuring measures.
