Restructuring update
Yesterday the company announced that it anticipates the restructuring of its debt to be completed by January 24. The company already has over 80% support from senior creditors and yesterday filed an application to appoint PwC as an administrator of the company. As a reminder the restructuring envisages a complete write off of €150m of Junior bonds. Senior note holders will receive 4.85% of the company as well as 100% of newly issued preference shares (€157.5m) and will have the chance to participate in new senior secured loan raising (€109m). Participants in the new senior secured loan will receive 92.15% of the company. Also restructuring envisages new super senior term loan of €50m and RCF of €25m to be provided to the company by a new super senior lender.
