Dal prospetto:The non payment by the Bank of principal of, or interest on, the notes due 2019 will not trigger an event of default and shall not be cause for revocation of the Bank’s license to operate as a financial institution, provided that (i) within the year in which such payments become due and payable the Bank and the holders of the notes due 2019 agree upon the manner in which such payment shall be made; (ii) all other unsub- ordinated indebtedness is serviced normally; (iii) no cash dividends are paid to the Bank’s shareholders; and (iv) no fees are paid to the Bank’s directors and syndics, other than fees paid in consideration for the performance of executive functions by such persons.
Failure by the bank to comply with these provisions shall not render the Argentine Central Bank liable in any respect.
