Ho acquistato un chip di air berlin anche se ho guardato i conti e al momento non sono belli. La gemella 8.50% un po più corta a scadenza quota attorno ai 105.

RESTRUCTURING: Novasep bondholders to meet company early May

Bondholders to French life sciences group Novasep are to meet with the company for the first time at the beginning of May, to start restructuring negotiations. In the meantime an informal bondholder committee has been set up comprising Silver Point Capital, Tennenbaum and Silver Ridge Capital. According to a source, “the existing committee is open to having more members if there are other large bondholders who want to join it”. Last month the group entered the distressed space, after announcing it had hired Houlihan Lokey to look at its capital structure following a weak operational update. The company and Houlihan Lokey are now in the process of putting together a restructuring proposal.

A questo punto la ristrutturazione del debito è "annunciata". Forse, per te che l'hai preso, varrebbe la pena prendere contatti con questo comitato per saperne un po' di più. A giudicare dal prezzo del bond, non è detto che si tratti di una ristrutturazione pesante, come per Eircom o Lighthouse

sono hedge fund specializzati in distressed ,potrebbero aver comprato da pochissimo per sedersi al tavolo delle trattative.non dovrebbe trattarsi di un totale bagno di sangue ,io (pmc 77,49)per ora resisto, stiamo a vedere .naturalmente se ti capita qualche news...
