Eircom does not breach bank covenants. According to Bloomberg, the Irish paper Sunday Business Post reported that Eircom did not breach the bank covenants tested at the end of March. Eircom, which releases Q3 accounts on Friday, has not made an official announcement. Yet, in connection with the release of the latest quarterly accounts, the company announced that there was a risk that the bank covenants would be breached over the next quarters. We maintain our HOLD recommendation for the company’s 2016 issues.
