Posticipano di tre mesi, Fabrizio, mica di un anno. Se la loro intenzione era quella di non pagare mica si ricompravano 26 mln di bond + altri 12 con la tender offer e chissà quanti altri ancora tenendo il prezzo basso. Io non la vedo così male. Piuttosto, si andrà a pagare in capital gain al 20% a gennaio e questo mi fa girare di più le scatole

non è che devi convincere me, è che dobbiamo stare attenti che non ci freghino.qui il punto è che hanno la maggioranza per fare tutte le modifiche che vogliono.intanto come previsto il tizio di petrol non mi ha risposto

Per caso funziona che al primo tentativo il quorum per la modifica delle condizioni è del 75% dopodiché sarebbe sufficiente il 25%?

Dear Fabrizio,
Further to your request:
Petrol AD main goal is to achieve optimization of the liability portfolio and to fulfill its obligations to Noteholders. Part of the strategy to accomplish that purpose is to reduce the amount of the outstanding debt and to extend the maturity of the Notes which will give the Company the opportunity to redeem the principal amount and the Interest in more favorable business environment.
The proposed amendments to the Trust Deed regarding the extension of the Principal and the Interest will not constitute any refusal of the obligations of Petrol AD to Noteholders, in difference, it will increase Petrol AD chances to succeed in that objective.

Non è chiaro come 3 mesi di differenza possano determinare il "more favorable business environment". Rendimento super, ma ci sarà da penare..
