Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates intends its holding in Air Berlin, Europe's sixth largest airline, to increase to 29.21% and is thus airberlin's largest single shareholder. airberlin bonds may by notification of the transaction partly recorded significant gains. This strategic partnership, the CEO of Etihad Airways, James Hogan, and the CEO of Air Berlin, Hartmut Mehdorn, was announced, combines the extensive route networks and frequent flyer programs of both airlines and expanded its range of flights to destinations in 77 countries to 239. Hartmut Mehdorn: "The strategic partnership with Etihad Airways opens up unique possibilities for the future of our company ... This is particularly true in view of future market development and the realization of synergies ... One of the key elements of the new partnership is the inclusion of airberlin flights to Abu Dhabi that will be our new gateway to Asia and Australia ... The agreement with Etihad Airways is the global connection of our guests in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and improve in the countries of the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) and the Middle East significantly. Qui non c'e' bisogno di nessuna nuova notizia negativa perche' il titolo precipiti a zero, basta solo che il mercato prenda coscienza di quanto e' gia' noto

Effettivamente l'erosione dell'equity non potrà che condurre a due soluzioni: o un ADC che in questo periodo mi sento di escludere, o una ristrutturazione del debito prima della scadenza dei 300 milioni sul bond TV al 2013. Il prezzo del 2013 è indicativo di questa seconda ipotesi, anche se il rendimento (9%) è in linea con le condizioni critiche del mercato. C'è quindi il rischio che Clondalkin non riesca ad assorbire l'acquisizione della divisione Printed Components di Catalent Pharma della scorsa primavera. se e' per questo il bond IT Holding e' stato anche sopra la pari ... la merd@ che quota come oro non e' certo una novita' in finanza... almeno finche' non arriva la data del rimborsoNel 2009 la situazione era pressoché identica:
