Sono passati solo sei mesi da quando Sawiris, il magnate egiziano che controlla Wind Hellas (ex Hellas Telecom), ha ristrutturato il debito della compagnia cancellando di punto in bianco un bond da quasi un mld di euro, che già sul tavolo della Weather Investments c'è adesso la ristrutturazione di un'altra grossa fetta di debito (1,7 mld) che passa per altri due bond: Hellas Telecom III XS0231415588, Hellas telecom V XS0231415588.
Non si conoscono ancora i termini della ristrutturazione, ma i prezzi sono andati letteralmente al tappeto nelle ultime sedute.

Greek operator Wind Hellas is restructuring €1.7bn of debt only six months after restructuring €1bn
Wind Hellas, owned by Weather Investments, is restructuring €1.7 billion in debt. The Greek telecom company has appointed Morgan Stanley and law firms, White & Case and Karatzas & Partners, as advisers. The company, which completed a €1 billion debt restructuring six months ago, has amortisation and interest payments due by July 15 2010, that exceeded its €35 million of cash. Wind Hellas’ parent company, Hellas II, sold €1.17 billion in subordinated bonds in the UK. Egyptian entrepreneur Naguib Sawiris, who runs Orascom, controlled Wind Hellas after senior creditors backed the restructuring, under which Weather Investments had invested €124.6 million.
The company, whose revenue fell by 18.5% to €217 million as compared to the same period in 2009, had net debt of €1.8 billion as of March 31 2010.
