Seat Pagine Gialle ritiene possibile chiudere il bilancio 2013 in pareggio e il 2014 in utile. L'azione strappa così in borsa un +2,94% e si porta a quota 0,035 euro contro un mercato ancora in calo dell'1%. Non solo. Il presidente Enrico Giliberti, durante l'assemblea degli azionisti che ha approvato il bilancio 2011, ha previsto che sarà possibile distribuire dividendi ma quando il rapporto debito netto su Ebitda sarà pari a 2.
"Esistono impegni nei confronti dei creditori di non distribuire dividendi fino a quando il rapporto tra debito netto ed Ebitda non scende sotto 2", ha detto. Attualmente il rapporto è pari a 3,9. "Per effetto della riduzione degli oneri finanziari il 2013 dovrebbe chiudersi in sostanziale pareggio", ha precisato.
