CCMO bonds price at par to yield 11.25% with upsizing; terms

Clear Channel Communications yesterday completed an offering of priority-guarantee notes through joint bookrunners Citi, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, and Credit Suisse, sources said. Terms on the CCC+/Caa1 transaction were inked at the wide end of guidance, though with an upsizing by $75 million, at $575 million. Moreover, an early read from the gray market points to follow-on demand for at least a half-a-point gain on the break, sources add. Proceeds from the company’s return to market after just three months, together with ABL borrowings, will be used to pay down the $847 million outstanding of company’s A term loan due 2014. Note that the facility carries a margin of L+340. Terms:

Vorrei segnalare due bond di AK steel, produttore di acciaio americano. US001546AM29 cedola 8,375% scadenza 2022; US001546AL46 cedola 7,625% scadenza 2020. Entrambi taglio 1k ovviamente in dollari. Si prendono a poco più di 90; sono quotate al NYSE

bilanci in attivo , ben patrimonializzata....
