HRTE's first project is its Cycle Ranch Motocross Park located in Floresville, Texas (the state now leading the nation in wind power production). HRTE is developing a wind farm on the property that host an established revenue-producing motocross speedway drawing thousands of fans, spectators and competitors each week. In addition to bringing wind power to Cycle Ranch, HRTE is now also focused on developing solar power on the site.
